Smash repairs, minus the running around
Most smash repairers work the same way: you find them, drive or tow the car in, wait for a quote, then sort out how you’ll get around for the next week or two. We flipped that. You stay put — the repair comes to you. (Rather drop the car off yourself? That works too.)
Once you’ve sent us a few photos and the details, we arrange collection from your driveway or workplace, book the job in with one of our partner workshops, and keep you updated by text until your car is back outside your door.
What we repair
- Collision damage — front, rear and side impacts
- Bumpers, guards, doors, bonnets and boot lids
- Dents, creases and scrapes from car parks and kerbs
- Paint and clear-coat damage, colour matching and resprays
- Lights, grilles, mirrors and other bolt-on parts
- Pre-repair inspections and written quotes
Not sure if it’s worth fixing? Send photos anyway — we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a quick fix, a proper repair or an insurance job.
Not your fault? You shouldn’t be out of pocket
If another driver caused the accident and they’re insured, their insurer is responsible for your repairs and a replacement car while yours is off the road. We handle the claim against their insurer, so in most cases you pay nothing and don’t touch your own policy or excess. See how not-at-fault claims work.
If you were at fault, or it was a single-car accident, we can still collect and repair your car — and give you a courtesy car — either through your own insurer (you have the right to choose your repairer on most policies) or as a private job with a written quote first.
How a smash repair works with us
- Send photos and the accident details online, or call us.
- We check who’s liable and explain your options before anything is signed.
- We collect your car (or you drop it off) and arrange a replacement car if you’re not at fault, or a courtesy car if you were.
- A partner workshop repairs it — you get updates by text.
- We return your car, and settle the claim with the insurer.
