Why we exist
After a crash, most people face the same chores: find a panel shop, get the car there, work out how to get around for a week or two, and chase an insurer who isn’t in a hurry. We started Crash Repairs Melbourne Co to take all of that off your hands.
Our people come from Melbourne’s vehicle hire and transport industry. We know what it means for a family, a tradie or a rideshare driver to be without a car — and we know how claims against at-fault insurers actually work.
How we’re set up
- Us — your single point of contact: assessment, quotes, collection or drop-off, managing the repair, updates and the insurer.
- Partner workshops — established panel and paint shops across Melbourne that carry out the hands-on repair work.
- National Hire Car — our sister company, which supplies replacement cars for not-at-fault claims.
