Crash Repairs Melbourne

We collect. We repair. You keep driving.

The old way: ring around panel shops, leave work early for quotes, drop the car off and find a way home. Our way: send us a few photos or give us a call — we come to you, handle everything and keep you on the road. Your day carries on as normal. Not your fault? The other driver’s insurer pays. At fault? Courtesy cars too.

  • Pickup or drop-off
  • No excess when not at fault
  • On the road at all times

How it works

The repair comes to you

Four steps and one point of contact. We collect your car — or you drop it off if that suits you better.

The full process
  1. Send us photos or give us a call

Whatever’s easier — upload a few photos online or just call us. Two minutes.

  2. We check your options

Not at fault, insurance or private — we explain it plainly before you sign anything.

  3. Pickup or drop-off

We collect from your home or workplace, or you drop it off — whatever suits. And a replacement car to keep you moving.

  4. Repaired & returned

A partner workshop fixes it, you get text updates, and we bring it back.

Not your fault?

The other driver’s insurer pays. Not you.

When someone else caused the accident and they’re insured, their insurer is responsible for your repairs and a comparable replacement car. No excess. No claim on your own policy. We handle it all.

  • No excess

Nothing comes off your own policy.

  • Replacement car

Comparable car, supplied by National Hire Car.

  • Pickup or drop-off

We collect and return it, or you drop it off — your call.

  • We deal with them

The at-fault insurer, the paperwork, the follow-ups.

Am I covered?

  1. Was another vehicle involved?

General information only — eligibility depends on the other driver being insured and their insurer accepting liability.

More questions
How does it work if you don’t have your own workshop?
You deal with us from start to finish. We assess the damage, quote, collect your car (or arrange a drop-off), manage the repair with one of our trusted partner workshops, keep you updated and return your car. The partner workshop does the hands-on repair; we’re responsible for looking after you.
Do I really pay nothing if the accident wasn’t my fault?
When the other driver is at fault, they’re insured and their insurer accepts liability, the repair and replacement car costs are recovered from their insurer — not you. We check the details before you sign anything and explain what happens if a claim isn’t accepted.
Who supplies the replacement car?
Replacement cars are supplied by our sister company, National Hire Car. We match the car to yours as closely as the fleet allows.
Are you an insurance company?
No. We’re an independent repair and accident management business. We’re not owned by or affiliated with any insurer, and we act for you.
Can I drop my car off instead?
Yes. Most people like us to collect, but if dropping it off suits you better, just tell us when you send your quote request and we’ll arrange a time and place.
Which areas do you collect from?
Greater Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Geelong. If you’re unsure, send your address with your quote request and we’ll confirm.
Can I use you if I was at fault?
Yes. We can repair your car through your own insurer (most policies let you choose your repairer) or as a private job with a written quote first. We keep you on the road at all times, so we’ll also give you a courtesy car while yours is repaired. Some policies include a hire car after an at-fault accident too.
How do I get a quote?
Use the online form — tell us what happened and upload a few photos. We’ll come back to you with your options and an estimate.
What if my car isn’t driveable?
Tell us when you contact us. We can arrange for it to be moved to a partner workshop. If a tow truck has already taken it, let us know where it is.

Crashed? Let’s get you sorted.

Send a few photos and the details. We’ll tell you your options, collect the car (or you drop it off) and take it from there.
